Keys of Italy FAM TRIP- April 2025

• 2:00 PM – Check-in at Hotel Valadier in Rome is available. Simply go to the reception, provide your name, and mention Keys of Italy to receive your room. The hotel is easy to find at the following location:

• 5:50pm meet with us at the hotel lobby  and walk abut 20 minutes to get the next stop

• 6:30pm, Step into a spectacular private Roman palazzo, home to a noble family. The owner will personally guide you through its magnificent rooms, sharing its rich history and grandeur. The evening continues with an elegant welcome dinner, featuring a selection of exquisite finger foods, setting the perfect tone for the journey ahead

• 09:00pm: Stroll back to your hotel, making one last delightful stop for a fantastic gelato in the heart of Rome!

• 9:00 AM – Pack your luggage and meet your driver at the hotel for your transfer to Rome’s Coppedè district, where you’ll join your local guide for a captivating esoteric walking tour

•  11:00 AM – Board our van and head to Tivoli, where you’ll take part in a hands-on cooking class with a local chef, followed by a delicious lunch showcasing authentic Roman flavors
• 2:30pm: We’ll meet our guide and explore the beauty of Villa d’Este, admiring its magnificent gardens and stunning fountains, a true masterpiece of the Italian Renaissance
• 4:00pm: Depart and arrive at Civita di Bagnoregio, where you’ll enjoy an unforgettable photo stop in this breathtaking “dying town.”
• 7:00pm: arrive at your hotel in Orvieto
• 08:00pm: Meet in the hotel lobby, elegantly dressed for a refined fine dining experience at a renowned local restaurant.

• 9:00 AM – Pack your luggage and meet your driver at the hotel for your transfer to Montepulciano, marking the start of your Val d’Orcia tour. Discover the town’s hidden gems with a guided tour of the underground city, followed by an exclusive wine and food tasting led by a local wine expert. Conclude with a leisurely stroll through the village’s picturesque streets

• 12:45 PM Enjoy lunch on a scenic terrace overlooking the breathtaking Val d’Orcia Valley in the enchanting village of Pienza. Afterward, take some free time to explore this charming hamlet at your own pace

• 3:00PM: It’s time to discover the renowned Brunello di Montalcino. Begin with a tour of the vineyards, followed by an exploration of the fermentation and aging cellars. Conclude with a guided tasting of Montalcino’s finest wines, led by a local winemaker

• 4:45PM: Leave Montalcino and head towards Florence, with a scenic stop at the enchanting Monteriggioni Castle. Enjoy some free time to explore and capture stunning photos of this medieval gem

• 6:45PM: Arrive in Florence city center, where you’ll have time to reach your local apartments and settle in

• 8:30PM: Meet at Regina Bistecca, one of the best spots in Florence to savor an authentic Florentine steak:

• 08:15 AM – Please have your luggage packed and meet the group at Piazza Strozzi with all your bags.

We’ll store your luggage in our vans during the tour.

• 08:30 AM – Meet our local expert guide at the meeting point and depart for a walking tour, followed by a 1-hour guided visit of the Galleria Palatina.

• 10:30AM: Meet our driver and head to a hidden gem atop Piazzale Michelangelo—a secret garden owned by a local artist, where stunning artworks are displayed in a private and exclusive setting. This ride will be done using our van along with our fully restored Vintage Panorama van, offering a unique and scenic travel experience.

Enjoy this final unique experience with us, culminating in a toast to celebrate this incredible journey together and the exciting collaborations that lie ahead!

• 1:00 PM – Return to Florence city center. You can choose to be dropped off either at Santa Maria Novella train station or in Piazza Antinori, in the heart of the city.
